Looking for advice

I have decided to switch to a raw food diet, and would like to know if there is a good book out there that you guys read for information. Or other places I can pick up ideas about what foods I can make and eat. If you have any advice on foods I can start off with please list them. Thanks.

I agree. Alissa's book is probably THE best resource for beginners. Menu plan, lots of recipes, before and afters, etc. HUGE book worth the price of 2-4 others.

also another good one to look into is the jingee and storm ebooks . thegardendiet.com . u do have to pay for their ebooks . this is their family business but very detailed in the raw diet .storm has been raw for almost 40 to 50 yrs now and looks like he is 30 . wow . good luck .
