I used to LOVE eating toasted seaweed as a healthier stand-in for chips, but now that I'm trying to eat more raw, I was looking for an alternative. I found a package of seaweed sheets at my local asian market, and was happy to see that the only ingredient was seaweed, and they weren't toasted. My happiness only lasted until my first bite, which tasted like pond water. . . :-/ Do ALL raw seaweeds taste THIS bad? Is it hopeless to find a raw stand in, or did I just get a bad product??
