Hi all,

I sprout, dehydrate, and garden but would like to raw eating into my lifestyle. I'm diabetic and DH has high blood pressure and our nutritionist said we need to have about 50 percent of our diet raw. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Right now I'm dehydrating rhubarb and have no idea what to do with it.

I've make EXCELLANT rhubarb/strawberry pie this year, but know there must be better ways to eat this stuff.

Thanks again

Welcome.
I am assuming that you do not intend to go 100% so I suggest that you start with having a green smoothie every day. It will set you on the right track.

Thanks for the advice. I love my vitamixer. What do you think of raw milk? I can get organic/raw/certified. Do you fell it's worth the extra price?

What do you put in your smoothies?
