I just made it for the first time - it is my favorite entree so far. I didn't have spinach, and substituted kale (dino & curly), also didn't have broccoli, and substituted scallions & red peppers & some jalepenos. The calzone bread was also the best I've tasted, and I made some into a thin cracker. I put double the spices in it, and the cracker tasted like the thin lentil cracker you get at good Indian restaurants. Very delicious & filling!

Yes, it's excellent!! I haven't made it myself yet (but have my buckwheat sprouting!) but I had it when she made it and it was sooooo good! Very much a "comfort" food and yes, filling and satisfying!

Be careful - this is so good, I want to eat the whole thing!
One question - the bread is made of sprouted buckwheat, and it is delicious. But I don't know how to really clean the buckwheat well. A month ago I made a buckwheat bread and my husband broke his tooth on it - it had a little white stone in it the size of buckwheat. Today I found a stone in my piece of bread too - very small. This time I really picked through it and thought I got all the unhulled pieces & stones - not that many, but they're dangerous. Any suggestions on cleaning grain better? Thanks!
