artichoke juice

Do you have any suggestion to juice artichoke with???

A friend of mine gave me some fresh artichoke. They look like radish that type.

OK, I made one this morning

I use the fresh garlic with the green still in them, carrot, sweet pepper and the artichoke.

It was so so good. It was like a lovely soup broth.

I am going to make that again, i still have some left.
