Does anyone on the forums have any knowledge or experience with MS and the raw lifestyle? Positive effects? No change?
I am sure if you know anyone with MS you know how devastating a disease it is. Wondered if raw would help.
Thanks in advance for your time!
Edit: sorry for the post. I see there are other threads on this topic.

My friend went vegan not raw, he also would do meditation everyday and he was able to cycle around the world. BeyondMS (do a search)
Dairy is poison for any auto-immune decease.
Eating a raw vegan diet prevent a mucus forming, regulate your PH and endocrin system. Make a concious effort to include as much fresh produce as possible in your diet (fruit/vegetable). Maca has been know for being quite extraordinary.
People that do live food looks younger, this tell you that this life style repair your body. Diet is a small portion of your success, your emotions play a great roll. Do as much you can to go in nature and to remember that you are perfect no matter what your mind may tell you.
You are giving a great chance to your body if you provide it top quality of food.
All the best

Here is an interview Paul Nison did with a woman with MS who was greatly helped, first by a vegan diet, and then a raw diet.
