I'm so on the fence about this. I see it mentioned in lots of recipes, but it's not really raw, is it?

no it isn't.
this list (link below) is interesting but many choose to use a few non raw things because of how hard it is to get everything raw.

Thanks to Sienna for posting this, because I'd been curious to know more about it and had forgotten to look into it until I found it here in "Today's Posts," and thanks Mystic Tree for the link. That looks like a nice resource to be used as a springboard for further investigation!

I've only tryed Dry Active Yeast. But then again I am only 11. Srry. :(
