Hello, My name is Monica, I am the 30 yo mother of 3. Married to my husband CJ whom is a career firefighter.

We are just starting on our journey to Raw living. I am chronically ill with a host of illness. That consist of Asthma, Insulin dependent diabetic, Fibro, lupus, Neuralgia, deep fungal sinusitis. And i believe thats its. I am also Prednisone, steroids dependent.

Over 5yrs now, ive gone from a healthy woman to a very sick woman and doctors are still stumped as to why i got so sick so fast. SO i went from 112lbs to now my highest weight is 221lbs. :sadtears:

Through the guidance of my Chiropractor we are on the journey to get my health back. So here we are. I hope to get lots of info and support from this group. :heart

There is nothing on your list of illnesses that your body is not capable of curing if you give it the right tools. It will be interesting to see how you progress.

How wonderful that CJ is going raw with you! I am feeling better in just 3 weeks with my CFS. I hope you see encouraging differences soon as well.

You'll be amazed at what a difference food choice makes. I found a quote recently that bears this out. It's inscribed on a 5000 year old pyramid:

Man lives on one quarter of what he eats, on the other three quarters, his doctor lives.

Doesn't look like much has changed in 5000 years.......
