My name is Olga. I am from Portland, Salem Oregon. I also spend a lot of time in Tacoma-Seattle, Washington. I am 32 y.o. I have a son, 3 y.o. who has food allergy, eczema and sometimes asthma. I have obesity ( I was 252 pound, now I am 225lb, hight 5'7). My blood sugar level is very close to prediabetic stage. I am so excited to find this wonderful site! Thank you!:heart

Now that you have found us you have no excuse but to stay with us.
Lots of people are sick because they do not know any better. The number one cause of death in the western world is ignorance. You no longer have that disease so you will have to find something else to die from but you have at least until you are 110 to find it so relax.

The death…I believe we do not have death and we are gifted to live and love forever. :heart
But we also have a choice how to live and what to love.
I want to love healthy food and not overeating. The book about 12 steps how to quite addiction to cook food was very helpful to start with raw food jouney.
