Has anyone used this before for anything? The Korean market across the street had a ton of it, very reasonably priced. I asked them and they said it is similar to Zucchini.

Their zucchini didn't look as fresh as the gray squash. I ended up getting both but think I'll try to make noodles out of the gray squash tonight for dinner.

Has anyone else used this squash before? It looks similar to zucchini, but it is thicker and a bit shorter. It is not really gray but a mixture of lighter green shades (as opposed to zucchini's dark green).

I just bought some seeds today for grey zucchini. The packet says: "this attractive summer squash is medium-green with silvery speckles. The tasty 7 inch long fruits are straight, smooth, and cylindrical." ... In the picture, they squash looks shorter and squattier than regular green zucchini and is a speckled grayish green.

so, it appears it is similar to regular green zucchini. Would like to hear if you think it has a different taste.

If it is kind of stripey varigated green, it is a little sweeter than zucchini. Lucky you! Please let us know how your dish comes out.

I made "spaghetti" with a marinara sauce over the weekend and I've been bringing "noodles" to work this week for lunch (I have with a sea little salt, cayenne pepper, diced avocado & tomato .... yum!)

The grey squash is great!!! I cannot tell the difference from zucchini. I've already gone out and bought more. What a great find. :heart
