Sprouted nut butter

Can you make a nut butter with sprouted nuts? How do you do it? Do you just put your wet peanuts in the food processor?

Would like to know because unsprouted nuts make me break out but I miss peanutbutter so much.

Peanuts aren't nuts by the way. Legumes.

By "sprouted" I presume you mean soaked. Yes, that should work just fine.

raw peanuts dont really make anything similar in taste to the peanut butter youre used to. you can try, but... i think almonds would be a better bet. also dont think blending wet soaked peanuts will give you anything like PB :(

I love raw Brazil nut butter - its my favorite! I think wet nut butter would not be very good, personally :)
