Karyn´s raw carrot cake

Some years ago I tried Karyn´s raw carrot cake in Chicago. Anybody happens to have the recipe and would like to share it? I still remember it.

Karyn's does ship some things - you might want to contact them and see if they ship the Carrot cake. I have ordered onion snacks from them in the past - they are not listed on their website but they shipped to me (my boss orders them regularly from them).

But if someeone can post the recipe, then all the better! I'd love to try it. :)
