I've had my rebounder for several weeks now and I'm trying to squeeze it into my busy schedule.
I've progressed up to a 25-30 minute workout (with a short break).
For those who rebound, here's a few questions:
How long is your average session?
Do you just bounce or do you do other workouts that are available?
How much weight, if any have you lost and how long did it take?
TIA

I dont do rebounding often, but it is a good and easy to do exercise. I love working out and doing strength training. I find that jump roping, jumping jacks, or even doing handstands multiple times than standing back up, are often good workouts for the lymph system. Anything that gets your body shakin and moving up and down is good. But there are poeple who have weak joints so rebounding is preferred. I like strong bursts sorta type workouts. I tend to get faster, and better results. Skipping rope really fast for like 3-5 minutes would feel like 20-30 minutes of rebounding to me.
As for weight im actually quite the opposite. Im one of those people who are actually trying to gain some weight or muscle mass. But the weird thing is when i started raw, and did my first fast for like 3 days, i went down 2 pant sizes~! Lol. I didn't really plan on that happening but it was cool haha.

We rebound!
My daughter (12) and I do. We often take turns... 15 min each - switch - then another 15 - switch - and then repeat. We both like to do anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Depends on our mood.
We vary in what we are doing but often it's a nice bounce with some arm lifts to work out our arms/shoulders a bit.

My daughter released lots of weight when she first started... her tummy came way down. I couldn't say cause I was also fasting/eating raw... so my weight is always reducing.
