Hi everyone.
My names holly. I'm twenty, nearly twenty one and am an aussie.
I've been sick with a chronic fatigue thing for nearly two years now. It's been the craziest thing that's ever happened. But I feel although at times hellish it's happened for a reason. I was living a very hectic lifestyle doing constant unstructured modelling where I was constantly rushed and busy. I was eating crap and binging and dieting constantly. I was not in tune. I was also drinking, smoking and traveling. I started getting tired and headaches etc and it professed to complete exhaustion. I am getting better as I start to go rawer. I plan to go one hundred percent and I'm taking the steps to get there. I really hope it helps! And I'm so glad to find a forum like this for support.
