my name is cas, and i'm almost 22.
i had a beautiful baby girl almost 5 months ago. and i started college two weeks ago.
my stress level is wicked high, and within the last year, i have gained 70...SEVENTY...pounds.
i feel sick all the time, tired all the time, my skins bad, my hairs bad, i have no self esteem.
i have decided to begin this lifestyle as a way of gaining back my overall health. it's not fair to my daughter, my husband, or myself to continue on the path i am on.
everyone is very supportive, and my husband is actually looking forward to it! which was shocking, but he knows how badly i need this.
my first question would be...what are some basic essentials to begin with? besides fruits and veggies. i.e. nuts, seeds, etc. THANKS!
