I'll try to keep this simple.

I've been eating at least 90% raw since June. I feel fabulous. Almost too much energy, stable blood sugar, good weight and really enjoying just being "raw". I rarely have a craving and if I do eat non-raw it's very vegetarian such as brown rice, a baked sweet potato, or 70% cocoa chocolate bars.

So here's my delimma. I've had almost two weeks of holiday dinners just completed (Jewish New Year) and I stayed raw on all of them till last night. This dinner was at my house and none of the cooked food looked good but the bagels and egg salad did. So I enjoyed a taste for my dinner. And I had a little of the pastries. It was not nearly as good as my tasty raw foods but it was very comforting to share eating the foods with my family and friends.

No guilt, no shame, no tummy ache. Really. But it did raise just so many questions. Questions about why I'm even thinking or worrying about it this morning?!

Does this make sense?
Thanks for letting me share.

Yes, it would make sense - you agonized about being raw so much in the beginning and then once you got in the process, you did well, and appeared to like what you were doing without stress.

And now you step into a place and perhaps you were expecting to have bad feelings, or even some stomach issues, REJOICE! you have made a major milestone for yourself and you are okay about it - it was for just a moment and all is well and it is okay to think about it.

So, what's next? Whatever it is enjoy it for the moment.
