I'm Bert. I live in Va with my wife, three boys and one dog. I recently decided to get healthier. I changed my eating a bit and then found Eat to Live by Dr Fuhrman and am now trying to expand on that. I'm in my eighth week and have lost about 30 lbs. I'm looking forward to learng and getting to know others through this forum.

Hi there! I remember reading that years ago. It was pretty life changing for me and I still think about it every time I make salads now. I remember all the darn weighing all the time. UGH! LOL! You're gonna have a lot of fun now that you're on the journey. So many new and exciting ideas and experiences!
