what's up with my "saladacco?"

1. it is not a saladacco, but some other brand -- anyway, it totally doesn't work! what's up with that?

it makes the ribbons, but when i try to make the angel hair pasta it just makes ribbons with indentations, like it is asleep and can't be bothered to cut the ribbons all the way.

what's up with that? i am dissappointed, made pad thai with totally not noodles at all - just a choppy mess of squash!

I talked with Alissa about this and your blades may not be sharp - there have been some that a faulty. Can you return it?
