Raw Easter Dinner?

I am on the hunt for recipes to inspire me to make a nice raw Easter dinner next weekend. :eat

Obviously the traditional ham is out. :ROFL:

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the thread--I have been thinking about this for the last couple days. Only things I came up with thus far:

Asparagas would be nice, maybe in the dehydrator.

Spinach quiche could be something new to try, but not sure since I have not made one yet. Serve it with a beautiful, colorful salad.

Cherry tart would be a fantastic desssert if you can get some cherries somewhere or sub with raspberries or strawberries.

I look forward to reading everyone else's ideas.
