Lentils Rejuvelac?

Hi everyone,

Can you make rejuvelac out of lentils? Is this safe to drink?

For those who are curious...I goofed. Forgot I sprouted lentils instead of wheat berries and started to rejuvelac soak.

I've made rejuvelac a few times, but it's been with wheat. I sprout lentils all the time, but have never made rejuvelac from it... I 'assumed' that rej. had to be made with a grain? *Ü*
