My name is Zac I am from Tulsa, OK, but am currently enrolled in dietetics and exercise at OSU in Stillwater, OK. I love learning about better foods, whole foods, organics, superfoods, smoothies, juicing and everything else behind proper nutrition and I can not wait to learn more. There is only so much you can learn from the authors, it is time to learn from real people with real practice.
