View Full Version : beginning my raw food journey

i'm brie - 19 from florida! i am moving back home from school in a week and a half and i plan on starting a thirty day challenge which i hope will catapult me into the raw food world. i have tried eating raw/vegan but since i rely on the dining halls at the moment i find myself having a very hard time sticking to it (you can only take so many salad toppings). once i get home i'll have the resources to really get cracking. wish me luck! i'll certainly need it. :heart:

any beginning tips are greatly appreciated as well! :o

yay! i hope we'll see you over in the 30 day challenge thread, posting in there has really helped me!
the best thing i found at first was just to eat as much as i wanted, as long as it was raw. my body has now adjusted and i don't feel the need to eat as much anymore. also keeping things simple has helped me keep on track too. and carry snacks with you everywhere you go!

Have a green smoothie every day and make sure that you get enough calories.
