Healing hypothyroid

Hello,
I sooo need encouragement right now. If you have healed (or are confident that you are healing) your hypothyroid, could you please post.

And post how you did it? How you started raw (ie did you jump right into it??) and how you progressed. Foods you stayed away from. Book(s) that were helpful.

Thank you for any input. I feel desperate for quick answers, so I can get on my road to healing.
