Hi everyone,
I've been lurking for a while. I tried raw last year, but slipped back to SAD and over ate.
I am back now. I went raw 3 weeks ago at the heaviest that I've ever been (262.5 lbs). I cannot believe that I made it to that weight. AND, if I had continued to eat SAD food, my weight would have continued to climb.
So far, I've lost 13.5 lbs. I have a long way to go, but I know I can make this happen with a support group.
I've also created a blog to keep me accountable weight-wise. I've given the address to my family and friends and promised that no matter what I will post my weight each week.
My goal is to be a 100% raw vegan. right now, I'm all raw, but incorporate some fish here and there. I hope to move away from fish.
This post feels like it is getting too long.
