This is a raw vegan forum. It is not set up to help people choose to eat animal products or to debate whether or not they should. Posting articles in support of eating meat will be deleted immediately.
We are also not a forum to support the 80-10-10 or any other raw food eating plan. This forum is set up specifically to support people who follow Alissa Cohen's philosophy of raw live foods.
That's not to say that if you are following 80-10-10 or some other regime you are not welcome. You are very welcome. This just isn't the place for you to suggest that eating plan to other members or to get support on how to achieve those plans successfully.
There are forums set up to support those eating plans and just as you would not go there and tell their members to eat as Alissa Cohen suggests, we ask that you do the same here and respect the purpose of this forum.
