What's up guys and girls? I stumbled on this site after doing a little searching on raw food diet and I am glad I found this site. This place is pretty solid. Now for the questions I have.
I am really thinking about getting into a raw diet. the only question I really have is..... Is this type diet suitable for people who are very active and usually have two work out sessions a day and usually bang out a 5k race twice a month? I am not training to become a body builder or trying to gain mass or anything like that, but I am in the national guard and have to be in top shape due to some schools coming up. And I just like being in excellent shape.
Also what is this "30day raw food challenge" I see on this site?
