Hello,

I have had these sitting in my cupboard for a long time and I have not been using them. My cupboard is getting full and I wanna use them or I am gonna throw them outside for animals to eat.

I thought about sprouting the mung beans and using them on salads or soups maybe. I tried making rye bread but didn't like how it tasted. Could I make Rejuvelac with the Rye? I hear Rejuvelac isn't recommended these days. Anyway, if you have ideas let me know. Thx :heart

So, USE your beans!!!! To toss them to the dogs is to throw great recipes down the drain!!!!

Hi,

What does RFFE stand for? I ordered the book Living on Live Food few days ago.
