Unsure of where to post...
But anyway. I'm going on a candida diet and want to keep it as raw as possible which will be hard for me, eating raw without fruit, but i'm determined!! I'm wondering if anyone has any tips/comments/etc. to help
Thank you!

Why do you need to eliminate fruits ? - just curious... For me, fat is the main issue w/ candida. I used to have a problem w/ it, and by sticking w/ the 80/10/10 principles, candida is a non-issue for me. I think you should check out what Dr. Graham says about candida: http://blog.natural-acne-solution.com/dr-graham-on-candida/ (scroll down a little bit)... there are also videos where he is addressing this.
I specifically like this quote "All humans carry blood sugar. If your blood sugar level was zero, you would be dead. Therefore it is actually impossible to starve the candida of sugar by not eating sugar."
Just an aside - i monitor my blood sugar, and it remains quite low on a high fruit/veg / low fat diet. When i add fats/cooked foods, it begins to spike up a bit. Just some "food" for thought :P
See what works for you and report back :)

from my experience, and what I have also discovered from all of my research (personal and schooling for nutrition) Candida is NOT caused by fruit sugars, or by any simple sugars.
Candida is caused by lots of sugar getting "stuck" in the bloodstream (which doesn't happen with a low fat raw diet comprised mostly of fruit, meaning, lots and lots of simple SUGAR). Something needs to prevent the sugar from moving out of the bloodstream for candida to start feasting on it. So. knowing this, it isn't the simple sugars themselves with the issue. They want out, your cells want to use them for energy.
when the pancreas is under stress from poor diet choices like complex cooked meals, and meals that are high in fat and protien (this includes healthy fat like almonds and coconut oil) it can't meet the demands of the body.
You've got to do a few things; eliminate overt fats from your diet for a bit, and eat a very simple raw diet comprised of mostly fruit and greens. You can also water fast. This will let your body rest and recover, and eliminate anything standing in the way of your ability to efficiently process sugar.
Do not however, make the mistake of thinking it's fruit that is causing and/or promoting your candida over growth.
good luck! :)
