I like millet and I would like to include it in my diet.
but since I learned and read about food combining, millet almost only can be combined with vegetables.
before I jused millet with fruits and seeds and I was bloated a lot, since my digestion is weak already.

so are there simple millet recipes.

is there a good site with recipes that takes food combining into account?

Are you using it raw or cooked.

I googled it and came up with no combinations.

ok,thanks anyway.
I'll probably cook it and eat with steamed veggies or so.

Well if you are going to cook it you can just eat it as a porridge like with oatmeal.

Maybe do a search here--I thought I saw a millet cracker recipe or at least it was one of the main ingredients.

Good luck.

I mix it in with raw granola. I LOVE millet! I have also mixed it in with some raw breads.

Millet is a tiny seed grain. You've likely seen the seed heads called millet sprays in pet stores or hung in someone's bird cage. Long colas (tails) of a golden brown color. My cockatiel loved them.
