I had a green smoothie with collard greens and mango, and I made a simple cashew sauce (cashews, lemon juice, water, salt) to be eaten over zucchini pasta.
What are you creating tonight for dinner? Or what did you make for breakfast/lunch/snack?

I was at my sister's wedding yesterday. Naturally I took my food with me.
For the main meal I started with a very large portion of sliced mango and when I produced it some of the ladies at the table (but only the ladies) said that they would prefer to be having that than what they were having. I followed that with 2 dragon fruit. And when they were having desert I treated myself to a cup of tea (yes I do still do this on special occasions) and a cashew lara bar.
When the second meal was served at 11 PM I could not decide if I wanted bananas or golden kiwis so I had a banana and then changed my mind and had kiwis.
I then danced until 2.15 and had to leave as my meat fed husband was too tired to stay out any longer even though he had only been out for about one dance in 4 whereas I never got off the floor.
Needless to say I had to drive the hour and a half trip home as he had had a few drinks.
Did I say how much I love this way of living. I love this way of living. I feel so good.

Good for you Sport! :cheer:
Yesterday, I had a banana, tangerine and water for breakfast.
Late day meal was a marinated collard wrap w/savoy cabbage and carrots.
I went to the movies and brought along some Sweet Potato Chips & Sprouted Pumpkin seeds to munch on.
Today will be light eating as well since I'm in and out all day (shopping and another movie).

I had kelp noodles and cashew cheese. Still keeping an open mind on the Kelp noodles, but I think I like zucchini noodles better.

I wish I haad my camera at home. My dinner looked really nice for a picture.
I had string sweet potato 'fries' that I had massaged with oil. I also had mushrooms that were 'sauteed' in garlic and oil. And had some eggplant 'bacon'. All made from my dehydrator. Yum ! That's a keeper !
For dessert I had a brownie cookie I had made, also from dehydrator.
Oh, and before the cookie I had some strawberries I soaked in a little honey (raw).
Sport, sounds like you had a great time ! Dancing at weddings is so much fun !

Baby carrots with raw cilantro jalapeno hummus. Easy and fast. I was planting my square foot gardens today--fun playing in the dirt.
Sport--sounds like you had a really great time. Love dancing, too. Now I have so much more energy, I go twice a week and am considering how I can add another day. Love that you took your food to the wedding to stay on track. Funny how people love the healthy!

Breakfast was a coconut water/banana/maca and spirulina smoothie. Lunch was a salad of sea tangle noodles, spiralized zucchini and jicima, red peppers, onion and chives. Dressed with homemade sesame dressing then desiccated coconut, sesame seeds and a whole avocado on top. YUM>>>>>>>....... My newest 'favorite'.
Snack was raw oatmeal cookie. Ya gotta love this!
