I dont plan on using it right away every time i make it so how long will it last in the fridge and how long will it last in the freezer?
I've had almond pulp in the freezer for over a year and I wouldn't hesitate using it - but maybe that's just me! *Ü*

Haha yeah I'm sure it lasts forever in the freezer!

I've stored some in the fridge and used it up to two weeks later and it was fine.
Of course, I've also used almond milk for as long as two weeks when apparently it's only supposed to last 3 days in the fridge. (Oops?) If it smells fine and looks fine, I eat it.

This is good to know. Ended up with a ton of almond pulp last night and threw it in the fridge but wasn't sure how long it'd last. That'll give me some time to decide what to do with it.

That is exactly something my bf would say, LOL! He eats yogurt that's been expired for a month. I'm more cautious when it comes to eating stuff that's been in the fridge for a long time, but I still think the general guidelines that are given in books/websites for how long food keeps in the fridge are way too short. :) And then there's my dad who eats leftovers from 2 weeks ago..
