hey
hve been raw for 2.5 yrs. lately I started getting bags under my eyes. I eat well and sleep well and my mental health is good.

Why does it occur? Maybe I lack some nutrient?

tnx

Not bags but dark[purple something] circles
i'mm not eating enough dark leafy greens, too little.

other possibilites are not drinking enough and not eating enough fats.

Somebody punch you in the eyes maybe? I mean we can be just guessing here, knowing so little about your life, like "I eat well and sleep well and my mental health is good" :)

Better do some googling on the possible causes, I doubt someone else will be able to find the reason better than you.

often that means your kidneys need a detox. a few days on watermelon juice really helps.

Possible food allergy? One lady here shared she got them when she ate a lot of bananas and when she cut back, they lightened up.

my daughter gets them when she's eaten dairy and/or wheat (like SAD pizza for example).

Apparently it is poor oxygen levels in the blood. The area under the eye is very thin skinned and so you can see the poor oxygenation better. Are your lips dull coloured or a proper bright pink? ...they both go hand in hand.

A lack of greens can cause poor oxygenation of blood, low iron, low exercise. I would look at all those things. Even B12 can in a more indirect way...as low iron can affect B12...or maybe it's low B12 can affect iron uptake...I forget which.

also, make sure you have vitamin C with your greens to help your body absorb the nurtients...:heart

according to physiognamy:
"Kidney degeneration from over-acid condition (forerunner to sexual drive extinction). Kidney may be enlarged; pressure may be causing lower back ache. Prostate malfunction. INtestine is clogged due to food excess. Insufficient rest"

According to this these are possibilities in order of likelyhood. I agree with Aleesha, try some alkalizing greens or some kidney herbs.

hey every1 and thanks for the cmnts. I really appreciate is from the bottom[and top] of my heart.:heart:

I started to make few changes
eating avocados
eating 2 handfuls of greens every day

The dark area is still there after doing these^. I found the reason why it occurs:
http://www.darkcircles.net/under-eye.html
in really short, the body has a mechanism to mop up the dark area[which is a broken homoglobin remaining components]. I guess that somehow I miss some nutrient that does this.

now i'm starting to eat 3 ltrs per day and eating cucumbers.
I tried to put slices of cucumber on the dark area with closed eyes for 1/2 hour. my eyes felt really good after doing it and some yellow dirt came out of them:dance:

Do you have any other ideas?

thanks:throwhearts:

Try eating some fresh pineapple for a few days. That really helps in removing bruises. The enzymes in the pineapple are what does it so maybe supplementing with bromelain will help as well.
