Please indicate your tongue color Rawkin' 90's and all other rawbies

If you see any white on it, then choose white. You're detoxing.

Yellow is really detoxing.

used to be white with lots of yellow, not it's kind of a dusty rose pink. LOL

mine is yellow-ish white, maybe... I just ate walnut pate, I'll look again in an hour. But yesterday it was GREEN! LOL, and I went to the dentist like that! I had to explain that I had a green smoothie during my ride to his office.

Autumn- hopefully you just ate a big bowl of blueberries! Otherwise, that doesn't sound really good :(

If you wake up in the morning with a pink tongue, that's a good sign.

If you have white or yellow on your tongue, you are in detox.

Darker colors could indicate certain organs detoxing.

A black or dark blue tongue is a sign of heavy detox. Autumn hopefully it was the blueberries!

ewwww...I have the weirdest tongue...it has a light coating of white, but there is certain red areas showing through!!! does that mean I'm only partially detoxing??

Mine is and has been pink since I went raw - not that this stops me from detoxing -I am certainly doing that. But, this must be deeper stuff, and it passes very quickly!!

I'm drinking a purple and Greens! smoothie - you can imagine what color my mouth is. I keep forgetting to check in the morning.

I just put on another pair of pants today that I now can't wear out of the house - they keep falling too far down my hips. That makes TWO!

( doing the I Got Too Big Pants happy dance! )

and, no.. I've not yet fixed the computer error for pics.

I should take another today or tomorrow for "Mid-Way through Second Month". Once I get this mess figured out, I can photoshop those pics together in a row like everyone else. I can even take a picture of my tongue!

Mine is pink with a thin layer of white.. thicker white in the morning.

still detoxin'! woohee!!
