Hi everyone,
Was just wondering if anybody had had the same problem and knows of anything else other than a raw diet that may help.
Two years ago when working with hay for long hours I started to develop what i thought was a hay allergy and just dirt but two years later and having not been in the same environment that problems have still not left and are got getting any better.
It started off where I would get black dirt up my nose and in my ears, I worked on a yard with horses so the dirt wasnt just for the hay. I would shower etc and clean the areas but the same would happen the next day(obviously) I wore a basic dust mask when i first noticed the problem but it seems whatever had started had already made its home. My inner ears became very dry and i started getting huge flakes of dry skin coming out of them, they hurt ocassionally and itch all the time. I got obsessed with cleaning them due to the dirt always being in there but realised this would do more damage than good and read about putting olive oil around the out edges, this helps the skin slightly but should I be applying oil to my ears every single day.
My nose is constantly stuffy, it is either dry with bogeys(not sure of the proper name forgive me hehe) or streaming runny like water. From what I have read this is not an infection or it would be thick mucus.
Both of these have effected my breathing. I keep panicing that its going to get worse and worse and my ears become totally damaged. I know that if i got to the 'normal' doctors they will give me antibiotics which i wont take and will give me nasal and ear drops, again which i wont use.
I cant understand what it is, if it was an allergy surely now i am not working with hay anymore for over a year it would not effect me. and if it was an infection wouldnt eating lots of green foods and herbs etc clear it up
Thankyou for reading
