Back more and more to the board for recipes

So, figured I should reintroduce myself. Back in Northern NJ (last time I was a regular here I was in VA)...DBF is participating in his employer's Biggest Loser contest (with $$$ involved!), so I am making a much larger percentage of raw foods (YUM!). He started me on RAW a few years ago, and while I have never been 100% (more along the lines of a naughty Sarma Melngailis), I love the recipes and freshness of RAW. So, I have been here progressively more often checking out new recipes and fishing for older classics not found in my uncookbooks. Fortunately, no health issues to overcome - and for that I am greatful. For those of you here seeking freedom and release from your ailments, you are in the right place. This forum is wonderful for all!

I'm new to the site, but nice to meet you!!! I love this site for recipe inspiration as well. :dance:

I made some awesome raw tacos this weekend! I didn' post about them but they are on my blog ... if you need some inspiration! I just googled to find a recipe for corn tortillas to make in my dehydrator, then I googled raw taco meat and used cheese sauce from cheesy Kale. It the end result was GREAT!! I just finished off the left-overs with my non-raw coworker and she loved them too!!
