Question.....I've made a couple of desserts calling for Raw Cacao Nibs and Raw Cacao Powder. I found the Powder at Whole Foods (container clearly states it is Raw Cacao Powder). However, I looked for the Nibs at Whole Foods, too. I found Carob Nibs, 70% Dark Chocolate Nibs, and other various types. But no Raw Cacao Nibs.
Would the 70% Dark Chocolate Nibs suffice? I've used them for these desserts but always feel "guilty" in doing so because I have been doing so well with my eating (and finally getting away from the graham cracker - :woohoo:).
If these nibs are too difficult to find, I will probably leave them out of the recipes next time I make them.
