So it's been 3 days! My body is fighting hard & I am grateful! Wondering if there is anything else I can do to support my body any better.

symptoms- High fever, VERY achey body- like down to the bones, tired, deep chest congestion, & painful coughing with runny nose. I feel cold, sweating all through the night, skin breaking out around mouth & chin. (good detoxing!)

Food- a lot of lemon water, at least 32 oz of green juice, about 20 oz citrus juice, a big green smoothie, An apple, fresh coconut water, hot tea.

Dry brushing, oil pulling, hot showers, Positive thoughts, healthy affirmations, visualizations, rest, patience.

My dd & dp have also been sick, (so I've also been caring for them, ugh!) they are much better, maybe at 75/.

Other than more of the same, what esle can I do??!

Fasting - which it sounds like you are for the most part doing already.

Oregano oil - not the oregano from the spice aisle in the grocery store. I found mine in the HFS. It's a mediterranean oregano.

Colloidal silver - I suggest you make your own cus to buy it in the quantities that is effective would be very expensive.

I haven't had a flu for years and years. The last time I remotely even began to feel something is when the swine flu was the big scare and my family was sick. I began to feel some scratchiness in my throat. So I made me a few quarts of CS and I would drink half a quart to a quart a day for about 4 days or so. The scratchy throat went away and I never got sick.

I recommend THIS (http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2&zenid=fff7cfa19it4a267i3ik3apov6) vitamin C. Decent camu-camu powder is very good, too. Whatever you get take lots. I'm a lightweight and have taken up to 16,000mg in one day before with no harmful side-effects. I recommend starting at no less than 3,000mg per day.

Thank you for the link! I'm drinking a big green smoothie with a bunch of camu camu as I type!

While fasting many people use enemas to avoid painful detoxing. Using an enema if you are experiencing detox symptoms will flush those toxins out of you that have been removed from various parts of the body and are now resting in the colon. Many people claim to have relief of detox pains by doing this.

I was thinking of this and wondering if the same thing applies to colds and flu.

So I typed in flu + enema into google and found this. http://www.lifeknox.com/colds.htm
