Hello group,
I would really appreciate some feed back from those who have some experience with juice fasting and or feasting.
Did you have to include supplements when you juice feasted? About how much per day would you estimate the cost to be for making at least a gallon of juice (or more) per day?
I suspect that juice feasting could greatly help me along the journey to healing my gut issues. (IBS in particular)
Thanks for any input you have!

nope... no supplements needed.
and depending on what you juice... and what's in season or inexpensive changes the cost tremendously.
so you can do this with little cost... or lots of cost!

For those who regularly do juice fasts, do you experience more powerful detoxing symptoms/toxic eliminations than usual? I've just finished a 10 day lemonade cleanse and would like to continue the detox with less severity.
I asked previously about whether laxatives are required. The answer was no, but I'm curious what makes one 'go' when lacking fibre? TIA
Well fiber doesn't move the stuff, the intestines do. No matter the fiber the intestines will still do their job, so don't worry about it :)

i don't understand your question. more intense detox symptoms than usual? you mean when eating?
fasting gives your body the opportunity to release toxins and heal... so yes... you do experience detox with it. that's one of the many benefits.

Thanks guys.
Yes, I mean compared to eating.
I just wondered if it would offer a similar cleansing process to the master cleanse. With that you can really feel and see the toxins leave. I guess I will find out for myself over the next few weeks when I juice fast!
