Food Processor

I hear alot about high powered blenders.... anyone have a crazy kick but food processor? Also, does anyone know if BlendTec does both?

I replied to your other post asking who has a BT...

I've got the 11 cup Cuisinart Food Processor - I think it kicks butt. I love it. I've got a small, 2 cup Kitchen Aid FP too. I don't use it very often, but when I do, it's a great little machine (little being the key word).

No - BT definitely does not do both. A FP is just that - a FP, it's not a blender. And a blender is not a FP -- I don't care what the ads say! (wink!) I have a BlendTec, a Cuisinart Food Processor and 2 juicers. They all do their own job very well. For the most part, I do not find them interchangeable.
