I know Alissas sells the flakes, but Ipreferr to flake my own., maybe I'm just "flakey"? ;)

Also where can I find the grain flaker that I hear so much about on this site?

There is a link to it in one of the older threads. Sorry, I don't know which one, but you can probably find it. Also, she might be able to tell you her source of truly raw oats.

(I have to tell you that I had Alissa's the other weekend and they were so good that I ended up buying some.)

J - These are the ones that Alissa sells - rawbakery just puts Alissa's label on them. They are flaked already.
