So we're sitting at Bible Study on Monday and right before it starts, someone there tells me they want to ask me an improper question and then make a compliment...so I get prepared. They ask my age and then say that every time they see me, I keep looking younger and younger...(it's not often I tell anyone my age, and they guessed me 10 years younger). I KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that it's my new healthy eating habits that I've been doing for over 2 months now. (and the olive oil/apple cider vinegar mix I throw on my face doesn't hurt, either) If that's not resolve to eat healthy for the rest of my life, I don't know what is.

What a wonderful compliment! Bet you amazed them when you told them your real age. Or DID you? ;)

That is so great!! Glad to hear that raw is really working for you!! I think that is the best testamony~~ When others see how we change on raw. I know the people in our home fellowship can always tell when I"m back on raw,,, I have way more energy and am more alert and bouncy.
Keep up the great job :)

Livinraw, that's wonderful!!! :) It's proof of how you are feeding your body everything it needs.
Question: my GF wanted me to ask you about the olive oil, and apple vinegar facial mixture. How much of each etc. and how you do it.
Thanks,
Dave

Live! aww...isn't that cool??
My husband is 45 - 8 years my senior. He was starting to look his age ( always looked many years younger ) before we changed our lifestyle around here, and now - even though he's not yet 100 percent raw, he's dropped about 10 years off of his face alone.
People do not believe he's 45.
He and I both use Vitamin E on our faces ( pharmacuetical grade ) - and I'll use honey every now and then, but... applecider vinegar.. hmmm... gotta try that, too!

It's something I learned from reading Patricia Bragg'sstuff...it's to help prevent wrinkles but works wonders for youthful looking skin, too:
it's 1 tbsp Olive Oil and 1/2 tsp ACV. Rub into skin 10 min before shower or bath or leave on overnight.
I put it on before my shower and then just let it continue on my skin overnight...1 tbsp of Olive Oil seemed too much so mixed it along with theACV all together, put it in a bowl and just put a little on my fave b4 heading into the shower. Still works wonders!
And in the am, I splash on a mix of ACV and purified water on my face. Basiclaly, 1/3 ACV to 2/3 purified water and keep in fridge. This is supposed to help with youthful skin.
Pretty cool natural remedies, huh?
Yes, I did tell him my age...but I try not to tell too many people anymore. I believe in agelessness!

Wonderful compliment!
Very inspiring to everyone, especially the newcomers.
And i am DEFINITELY gonna try out that ACV - Olive Oil mixture.
As far as youthful skin, i'm guessing that it must have some sort of benefit on acne, and other dark marks that may be on the face????
