Don't know if this is old news or not...it's new to me:) I just made the most incredible frozen dessert! Actually had it for dinner! Amazing, I might add! Thought I'd share...:throwhearts:

Cacao and Coconut Frappe

2 frozen bananas (ripe)
1/2 of the juice and all of the pulp from 1 young thai coconut
1 Tbsp of cacao powder (raw)
1 Tbsp of raw cacao nibs

Whip the first three ingredients up in your vitamix or blender (I had to use the tamper to keep it moving). Pour ( more like spoon...it's thick) into large glass and stir in the cacao nibs.

Thought I had fallen off the wagon for a minute:)..then remembered!! NO GUILT!

Oh, That does sound really, really good. Now all I have to do is find myself a young coconut and I'll be in business. :)

Thanks for sharing

I found mine at whole foods. I almost made the mistake off drinking all of the water before making this. It, too, was so sweet and amazing!

This sounds delicious!!

I would love to feature this recipe on our site as well. Do you have any pictures I could use? We are always looking for fantastic recipes to let cacao fans know different ways to eat cacao. Let me know if ok with you. We would love to give you credit for it as well.

Love this idea!!

I don't have coconut, but I think even without the coconut it'd taste fantastic! (thinking chocolate covered bananas ... yum!!) Might try it for an evening snack/dessert later :-)
