I just got a brand new spiral cutter - Saladacco style in the mail - the step only screws securely in the handle- but it screws tight - suddenly to lose it's grip on the veggie holder part - is there some kind od washer/tightener I can get or add - should I glue the thing into the holder?? I really want to use this, not return it...
