Hi Friends
I've googled this and can't find the answer, but are Brendan Brazier's products raw? I know they're certainly vegan and he's a huge fan of raw food eating . . . and if they aren't raw, how can they possibly be "not healthy" (if anyone has read his work, etc).
Thanks so much! I find that flipping to Alissa's book when I feel a bit "challenged" lets say very inspiring. PLUS I got a raw friend on this forum and highly recommend chumming up! The suppor is INCREDIBLE.
