Would swimming be bad for the body because of the chlorine thats in the water? If our skin absorbs things we put on it, then wouldn't that be bad for you? and if so, what can i do after swimming to help my body?

And what are good foods to provide fiber? I'm not sure I'm getting enough.

My cousin told me to take a bath in Epsom salt to draw the chlorine out of you. I don't know if its true or not??

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do until you can do something differently. Add epsom salts (google what you don't know) or add some essential oils.

Thanks! I plan on getting filteration once I get my own house, but for now I live with my parents and neither I or them have the money for that right now unfortunatly. /:
