I've been juice feasting for 3 days now, but I just can't stop thinking about food. I'm hungry all the time and its starting to effect my mood.

Are you hungry emotionally? You will know for craving for gourmet food or tasty food.

If the answer is yes, then talk back to those feelings and let them know that you are putting yourself first.

If you have hunger, then you know you could have more juice. Water help also to take the hunger away. You should seek for advice on the fasting side

I hope you feel comfortable soon.

When my hunger doesn't go away I often do a day on just water. That stops it right away!

Otherwise do as RAM suggested... increase your juice! 4 litres a day is a good amount on a fast but you can go up to 6 litres if you wish (or higher)... some days I drink lots and other days notsomuch. I just go with the flow!

Besides what's been mentioned, Ocean’s Alive Liquid Marine Phytoplankton is the only thing I've found does help greatly when fasting. I use it under my tongue-usually a couple of droppersful or more.

Emotional detox ftw XD

I've found on fasts and even just certain raw food diets you increase your awareness and thus your ability to process emotions and things. For example when you experience pain, you may only experience say 60% of what's all there due to a lowered awareness, the other 40% gets stored in your unconscious for processing later on (usually during sleep or trance states). When you free up the energy of digestion you have more energy for the higher functions of the mind, this means you begin to process more and are more aware of what's REALLY going on in your body/mind.

Gotta break your emotional attachment to food if you want to be free. Or if you're just trying to be raw, you can rewire your brain to rely on raw foods for comfort instead of cooked foods.

Hope things work out for ya

(Post edited due to confusion of the definition of juice feasting, my apologies everyone)

of course the suggestions you have offered here are NOT for juice feasting... we don't take in pulp when we are fasting/feasting on juice.

Another thing you could look into is an enema or a salt water flush.

Many people say that by emptying their colons through swf's or enema's at the beginning of a fast will put them into fasting, "mode", sooner and they don't have as many cravings and such.
