Its the end of the week and I ran out of most of my food /: all i pretty much have a some nuts and seeds, does anyone have any simple recipes I could make for dinner tonight? I have some veggies too but not many!

I made a sun dried tomato sunflower pate and put it on spinach with some carrot and sunflower sprouts (:
