it's amazing how much valuable information is in our archives. this forum isn't new... it's been here a nice loooooooong time and so many people have shared their stories with us.

I love love love mango. I love dates cut open with a pecan inside...yum. A piece of romaine lettuce with raw almond butter spread in it with agave nectar drizzled on top...so good crunchy, yet sweet and nutty. A young coconut. Kale cut up with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice as dressing. I could go on and on......
