When one does juice fasting, does hunger go away in a couple of days like what happens in a water fasting?
If hunger goes away, what is the reason? In a water fasting, hunger goes away because the body produces ketones in the absence of carbohydrates, and ketones are supposed to supress hunger sensation. But in a juice fasting one takes in plenty of carbos.
Thanks in advance for replies.
