Lose a ton of weight by switching to raw food without even exercising?

Not quite a ton, but Philip McCluskey eliminated 100 pounds in one year w/out exercising if I remember correctly.

Yep you can do that. You don't need to exercise in order to lose weight. You need to exercise if you want to keep your muscles in shape (or make them bigger).

Just make sure you don't eat more than your energy requirements at a time, because any extra energy will be converted to fat. Then you'll start losing weight. Sounds simple but it's quite hard to manage it :)

That's good. I usually exercise almost everyday but lately I have been so busy that I haven't been keeping up. :( I just wanted to see if that would mess with my weight loss goal a lot, but I've only been eating when I'm hungry so I think it should be fine. :D

Along with staying in shape and developing muscle which is great, Just keep in mind the great cardio benefits you get from working out as well.

Yeah, I know. I plan to start again soon because I LOVE to work out, the only problem is I've been busy so I've been trying my best to keep on it!

Yes! It's tough though because sometimes I end up home too late and I'm so busy with school and work and such /: I get too tired and I heard its not good to work out right before bed anyways. waking up early would be hard for me. It's gonna get a lot easier once I graduate in May though because then I'll have the summer !

It's 10:08 p.m. I just finished 90 minutes of playout which I do EVERY Monday night, right before I go to bed. Don't believe everything you hear. Do it when you can; when you feel like it; when it feels good to you; when it'll make you feel better doing it.
